During my dance journey I have had some injuries on my way. It all started when I had injured my knee and that had put me out of dance for 6 weeks. We went to the doctors to see what I had done and they put me on a waiting list that would've had me waiting for a year. We decided to go to a private physio as we wanted to get me back at dance as soon as possible.
The physio at kendalphysio.co.uk had helped me let the injury pass over and then helped me strengthen my knee back up which also benefited in my dance.
Later on I had injured my ankle and we decided to stay with the physio as they were so good the first time. Now I have finally got over all of these injuries and am just strenghtening back up. This is continuing to help with my dancing, as it helps with my strength in my balance and legs.
